The Sunset Rental team has over 10 years of experience managing vacation rentals. We implement a hands-on approach to managing rental properties. Which starts with quickly answering potential renter inquiries and questions about rental properties or local areas. During the renters’ stay we’ve found proactive communication is the key to keeping renters happy even when there’s issues. Our goal is to continue building a portfolio of high-quality vacation rentals and maintaining a database of thousands of satisfied renters.

HANDS ON APPROACH

PROACTIVE APPROACH

  • PORTABLE AC UNITS- #1 WORST thing to happen during a guest stay is when the AC goes down. We have portable units on standby to dispatch until the AC is repaired.
  • APPLIANCES- We have an account with RENT-A-CENTER for quickly replacing appliances
  • ICE MACHINES- We have countertop ice makers on standby and ready to dispatch.

PROPERTY INSPECTIONS (Our system has a Property Cares APP)

  • We walk each property after renters check out
  • We create inspection items list for each property

OWNERS (Our system has an Owners APP)

  • Easily block your calendar for owner stays
  • Create work orders for your property
  • Review owner statements

  • Grandfathered in for ANNUAL fee vs 10% commission
