CAPE SHORES beauty located just steps from the beach. This 7-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom beach house is ready to make your beach vacation dreams come true! Plenty of parking in the driveway or 2 car garage. 1st floor presents 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry room. There's a small deck out the rear with an outdoor shower, table and chairs and a couple lounging chairs. On the 2nd floor you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast nook. Directly off the kitchen is a HUGE dining room with seating up to eight. Through the sliding glass door is a spacious deck with wrap around couches, perfect for that end of night drink and watching the sunset. Off the dining room is living room with TV and ceiling fans. And finally, this floor has a great game room that features a pool table, foosball and dart board. The 3rd floor has the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, another large bedroom and a smaller bedroom with 2 twin beds. This house sleeps 16 guests, perfect for a couple families looking to vacation together. This rental is dog friendly!

LINENS: Each rental property will provide mattress protective pads, pillows and bedspreads and/or comforters. Most property owners also have additional blankets and pillows stored in closets that are available for use. Rental guests have the option to bring their own linens (sheets, pillowcases and towels) or rent them. For your convenience, SUNSET RENTALS offers a property specific linen package option for guests. All linens are professionally cleaned, packaged and delivered to the property prior to your arrival.
The linen rental package includes FREE delivery, pick up and contains the following:
TOWELS – 1 towel set per person based the maximum guest count for the property. Each set includes: 1 Deluxe Bath Towel 54×27, 1 Hand Towel 30×16 and 1 Washcloth 12×12
SHEETS – 1 set of high-quality bed sheets per the property’s bed size and count. Each set includes: 1 deep pocket fitted bottom sheet, 1 flat top sheet, 2 pillowcases for doubles, queens, king size beds and 1 pillowcase for single size beds.
BATHMATS – 1 bathmat per full bathroom count in the property.
*Sleeper Sofa linens are not included in the Linen/Towel Package.

PROPERTY MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Per the City of Lewes rental property ordinance, the maximum number of overnight occupants shall not exceed 16 GUESTS. Children age 12 and younger are not considered in this number.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations are subject to a nonrefundable admin fee. If GUEST cancels 60 days prior to arrival date, then 100% refund will be provided (less admin fee). If the GUEST cancels 30 days prior to arrival date, then 50% refund will be provided (less admin fee)
Credit Card Processing Fee: All payments made by credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee. This fee will be added to your total booking amount.

Perfect home for a large family to stay together. It is the perfect location with the beach, pool, bike trail, ferry and downtown Lewes so close. Not everyone wants to do the same activity, so there is plenty of things to do for everyone. We have stayed here for 3 years and love that there is plenty of room for everyone, but we are still together to have dinner together, watch TV and play pool. Easily accessible to the beach to watch spectacular sunsets and let the dog play in the water. This house is highly recommended for large family fun!
Once again my family and I enjoyed our week at this lovely home. We were on the beach and in the bay at 715 every morning with the dog and grandkids. One minute and you're there. It's also great for watching beautiful sunsets! Ww spent time at the pool every afternoon. It was just incredible. The week went by too fast. I highly recommend this vacation gem!
There is room for everyone in this house, and as always it is clean and well maintained. When there is any type of issue, Sunset Rentals is always responsive in a quick manner. We have stayed here for 3 years in a row and love the convenience to the beach, pool access, bike trails and downtown Lewes. It is easy to ride bikes to the state park or downtown….the ferry is right down the street as well with a nice outside bar, coffee shop and playground. Highly recommend this house.
Our family of 15 had a wonderful vacation at Casa Serendipity with plenty of room for all of us. The older children really enjoyed the game room that allowed the adults to enjoy the tv room and large dining table for the meals we prepared in the well appointed kitchen. The younger children really enjoyed the closeness of the pool and the short walk to the sandy beach and ocean. The house was clean with large bright bedrooms for all. A few of us took the ferry to Cape May with those remaining enjoying the
Our party of 8 including 2 young children had a great week. The property was clean and well maintained. It truly is steps to the beach, just across the street. Being on the bayside, the water was very calm and a great spot for the kids to play. It is also very close to the state park and plenty of trails for running/biking. We'd definitely stay here again!
Our stay at Casa Serendipity was amazing! The house is literally steps from the beach allowing for many trips to and from both with the dog in the early morning clear through to dinner time. Most days we were on the beach by 11am , went back to the house to make a quick lunch to bring to the beach and then pry the kids away by 4. Oh but then it was off to the pool which is just a short walk from the house. You can also see the sunsets from the front of the house. Breathtaking! The house came with everything
We really enjoyed our stay. The main floor has plenty of room for ever to congregate. The entertainment area was great for our pool tournaments.
