This beach house is a Saturday-to-Saturday rental.
Wonderful townhouse located in the highly desirable community of Village of Five Points. This recently updated townhouse features 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, rear paver patio and over 2,600 square feet. First floor presents large open room with 55" TV, dining room table with 8 persons sitting, large kitchen with island and small breakfast nook area. The second floor has a large master style bedroom with fireplace, TV and queen bed. There's two other nicely sized bedrooms with queen beds and large bathroom on this floor. Continuing on to the third floor you'll find a large open room with a queen and a single bed and a side room with another queen-sized bed. This bedroom has a large TV mounted on the wall for entertaining the little ones and also features a large bathroom with shower and tub. Out the rear of the unit is privately fenced in outdoor oasis perfect for entertaining or enjoying a family dinner.

LINENS: Each rental property will provide mattress protective pads, pillows and bedspreads and/or comforters. Most property owners also have additional blankets and pillows stored in closets that are available for use. Rental guests have the option to bring their own linens (sheets, pillowcases and towels) or rent them. For your convenience, SUNSET RENTALS offers a property specific linen package option for guests. All linens are professionally cleaned, packaged and delivered to the property prior to your arrival.
The linen rental package includes FREE delivery, pick up and contains the following:
TOWELS – 1 towel set per person based the maximum guest count for the property. Each set includes: 1 Deluxe Bath Towel 54×27, 1 Hand Towel 30×16 and 1 Washcloth 12×12
SHEETS – 1 set of high-quality bed sheets per the property’s bed size and count. Each set includes: 1 deep pocket fitted bottom sheet, 1 flat top sheet, 2 pillowcases for doubles, queens, king size beds and 1 pillowcase for single size beds.
BATHMATS – 1 bathmat per full bathroom count in the property.
*Sleeper Sofa linens are not included in the Linen/Towel Package.
NOTE: The linen rental package option can only be selected on SUNSET RENTALS direct website. Those guests booking through VRBO can contact our office and add the linen rental package after the reservation has been confirmed.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations are subject to a nonrefundable admin fee. If GUEST cancels 60 days prior to arrival date, then 100% refund will be provided (less admin fee). If the GUEST cancels 30 days prior to arrival date, then 50% refund will be provided (less admin fee).
Credit Card Processing Fee: All payments made by credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee. This fee will be added to your total booking amount.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, including our dog, and the Five Points community has so much to offer within walking distance. CVS and Weis are within the community. La Baguette and Fish on were delightful places to eat. We loved playing pickleball and the pools. If we could've changed anything, and this is just our personal preference, is the master bedroom could easily accommodate a king bed. We would absolutely stay again!
My family had wonderful time staying at this house over the holiday week. The communication was excellent, sending us a portal ahead of time giving us details for check-in process (which was seamless), things do around the area, restaurant recommendations, and much more. They were very accommodating in allowing us to bring our dog with us on this family trip.Throughout the entire stay, they were very responsive with any questions we had. Upon arrival, we noticed that the towel rack in one of the bathrooms was loose. Within a day or two, Carl had sent a handyman (giving “arrival window” and “arriving soon” messages) to fix it during our stay. That was very thoughtful and we appreciate that. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here or any other of Carl's rentals, hope to spend more family vacations here in the future!
Great stay in a townhouse that accommodated our family vacation!
Great location, walkable to local restaurants and bakery. Pickleball and tennis on site. Short drive to downtown, beach and ferry. Also the outside patio was comfortable. Overall great stay.
We have been renting from Carl for 4 summers now and this unit did not disappoint! We were supposed to have our “grand dog “ join us but in the end they were not able to come. With that being said, although this house is dog-friendly, it is first and foremost people friendly! We stayed here with our family ages 28-60 and we loved it! The property was very well kept and clean. Great size for a bigger group! You can tell they take care of this location unlike other rentals we’ve stayed in with other groups. The property manager was very responsive and had a minor repair fixed on a Sunday within a few hours of contacting him. Highly recommend. The location is a nice little community with plenty of amenities and a short drive to the beach and downtown Lewes. 100% recommend!
Our family enjoyed the house and neighborhood was a safe area for children also, would stay here again. Dave.
Blended family of 7 had all the space and more! No shortage of beds! Spacious living room and dining room – plus more in kitchen. We were never on top of each other. Easy walk to the pool and tennis/pickleball courts. Grocery store an easy hop away! Only downside is the master bedroom was not near the bathroom and the outside space was a n full HOT sun so we didn’t us it at all. But those are mi or – still give it 5 stars.
