This beach house is a Saturday-to-Saturday rental.
Beautiful Broadkill Beach house located 3rd house from the water. This house features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms & 2,500 SF of space. The 1st floor is open concept with kitchen, dining and living rooms with a cathedral ceiling and LOTS and LOTS of windows! Directly off the kitchen is a small deck with gas grill and small table and chairs. The other end of the room leads you to a larger deck two lounge chairs and big swing. Down the hallway you'll find a nice sized bedroom, full bathroom and a very spacious master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and gas fireplace. The 2nd floor features a loft with a sitting area perfect for reading. This is the BEST SPOT in the house as it has a huge picture window with panoramic views of the Delaware Bay. Right off the loft is another bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds.

LINENS: Each rental property will provide mattress protective pads, pillows and bedspreads and/or comforters. Most property owners also have additional blankets and pillows stored in closets that are available for use. Rental guests have the option to bring their own linens (sheets, pillowcases and towels) or rent them. For your convenience, SUNSET RENTALS offers a property specific linen package option for guests. All linens are professionally cleaned, packaged and delivered to the property prior to your arrival.
The linen rental package includes FREE delivery, pick up and contains the following:
TOWELS – 1 towel set per person based the maximum guest count for the property. Each set includes: 1 Deluxe Bath Towel 54×27, 1 Hand Towel 30×16 and 1 Washcloth 12×12
SHEETS – 1 set of high-quality bed sheets per the property’s bed size and count. Each set includes: 1 deep pocket fitted bottom sheet, 1 flat top sheet, 2 pillowcases for doubles, queens, king size beds and 1 pillowcase for single size beds.
BATHMATS – 1 bathmat per full bathroom count in the property.
*Sleeper Sofa linens are not included in the Linen/Towel Package.
NOTE: The linen rental package option can only be selected on SUNSET RENTALS direct website. Those guests booking through VRBO can contact our office and add the linen rental package after the reservation has been confirmed.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations are subject to a nonrefundable admin fee. If GUEST cancels 60 days prior to arrival date, then 100% refund will be provided (less admin fee). If the GUEST cancels 30 days prior to arrival date, then 50% refund will be provided (less admin fee)
Credit Card Processing Fee: All payments made by credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee. This fee will be added to your total booking amount.

We loved the house and location. We plan to go back again next year! Extremely clean and well taken care of.
Wonderful house, very clean, very well equipped with newer items. House had everything you would need from home. Stocked with a ton to get you started, TP, paper towels, detergents, etc… The comforters and pillows provide were clean and newer. All rooms were a great size, nice sized beds in every room. King in master, queen down and two full over full in loft area. No tvs in the two bedrooms down, there was a tv in loft. There were 2bikes for use, plenty of beach chairs, and a ton of sand toys so really no need to pack that stuff. There's a Publix and good amount of stores in nearby Milton. The location was exceptional, Beautiful natural beach, super quiet and some days we were the only ones there for some time. We did not feel like we were on the bay at all. Best pet friendly area we have been to in a while and we bring our pup on all our trips. Would definitely make another trip to this house!

Our whole family loved the house. The house was clean, had many things from children's beach toys, beach chairs and even crab traps. The house was only a minute walk to the beach. The inside of the house was laid out great and was very clean. The house was a short drive to many small towns with antique stores and shops and even several ice cream stands for the kids. Our beach house we had placed a down payment on was refunded because they had someone "penciled in", so we were stuck looking for homes out of our price range and had to even change dates. We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The home was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and truly felt like a home away from home. The peaceful atmosphere in the area made it even more relaxing, and being just a few steps from the beach was the cherry on top. It was so convenient to go back and forth throughout the day. The house was perfect with high end features. Convenient to everything. There can be mosquitos but we planned ahead and used spray. Beach was gorgeous. Loved it!
My family was impressed with the amenities of this home and loved how easy it was to get to the beach for a morning stroll or a day of sun and fun. Kudos to Carl for keeping me informed as to the progress of an unexpected water outage on one of the days we were there. It could have been a disaster, but we had day plans that took us away for most of the time. We all fell a little in love with the refrigerator – great appliances in the kitchen!
