CAPE SHORES BEACH HOUSE! Cape Henlopen State Park in your backyard and a short walk to the beach?  Well, you can have both in this spectacular 4-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom & 3200 SF house. This home features (2) primary bedrooms, great outdoor space including multi-level decks, a screen porched and a spiral staircase to a rooftop deck with views of Breakwater Lighthouse in the bay. 1st floor offers a dream gourmet kitchen, two islands, top of the line appliances, and a wine fridge with a dining room that has a huge table that seats 8. There’s a large wall mounted TV, in the living room with gas fireplace and an abundance of seating. Towards the front of the house is the 1st of 2 primary bedrooms with a newly renovated and stunning ensuite bathroom! Completing this floor are the screen porches overlooking the State Park.  The 2nd floor boasts 3 additional bedrooms, all with access to the outdoor decks.  The 2nd primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Down the hallway are 2 guest bedrooms each with a queen and twin bed with a full bathroom with tub/ shower combo in the hall. Lastly, there’s a spacious loft area that has a sofa bed and wall mounted TV.  There’s plenty of parking available, an outside shower and storage for beach & water sport gear and bikes.

LINENS: Each rental property will provide mattress protective pads, pillows and bedspreads and/or comforters. Most property owners also have additional blankets and pillows stored in closets that are available for use. Rental guests have the option to bring their own linens (sheets, pillowcases and towels) or rent them. For your convenience, SUNSET RENTALS offers a property specific linen package option for guests. All linens are professionally cleaned, packaged and delivered to the property prior to your arrival.

The linen rental package includes FREE delivery, pick up and contains the following:

TOWELS – 1 towel set per person based the maximum guest count for the property. Each set includes: 1 Deluxe Bath Towel 54×27, 1 Hand Towel 30×16 and 1 Washcloth 12×12
SHEETS – 1 set of high-quality bed sheets per the property’s bed size and count. Each set includes: 1 deep pocket fitted bottom sheet, 1 flat top sheet, 2 pillowcases for doubles, queens, king size beds and 1 pillowcase for single size beds.
BATHMATS – 1 bathmat per full bathroom count in the property.

NOTE: The linen rental package option can only be selected on SUNSET RENTALS direct website. Those guests booking through VRBO can contact our office and add the linen rental package after the reservation has been confirmed.

PROPERTY MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Per the City of Lewes rental property ordinance, the maximum number of overnight occupants shall not exceed 10 GUESTS. Children age 12 and younger are not considered in this number.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations are subject to a nonrefundable admin fee. If GUEST cancels 60 days prior to arrival date, then 100% refund will be provided (less admin fee). If the GUEST cancels 30 days prior to arrival date, then 50% refund will be provided (less admin fee).

Credit Card Processing Fee: All payments made by credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee. This fee will be added to your total booking amount.
