Rehoboth Beach house! This newly built house is full of upgrades with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 car garage and screen porch. Open concept first floor with beautiful hardwood floors and a kitchen perfect for entertaining with its large island and built-in bar. The living room boasts a gas fireplace with sliding glass door leading to the large, screened porch. Spacious primary bedroom with luxury on-suite bathroom completes the first floor. The 2nd floor features another living room, four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. And, for those who cannot break away from work, there’s also an office.

*Because this is a new community, there may be construction going on during your stay. Located minutes away from Rehoboth Beach (10 mins) and the boardwalk OR downtown Lewes (15 mins) and Cape Henlopen State Park. Enjoy shopping at the outlets or dining at your favorite local restaurant.
LINENS: Each rental property will provide mattress protective pads, pillows and bedspreads and/or comforters. Most property owners also have additional blankets and pillows stored in closets that are available for use. Rental guests have the option to bring their own linens (sheets, pillowcases and towels) or rent them. For your convenience, SUNSET RENTALS offers a property specific linen package option for guests. All linens are professionally cleaned, packaged and delivered to the property prior to your arrival.
The linen rental package includes FREE delivery, pick up and contains the following:
TOWELS – 1 towel set per person based the maximum guest count for the property. Each set includes: 1 Deluxe Bath Towel 54×27, 1 Hand Towel 30×16 and 1 Washcloth 12×12
SHEETS – 1 set of high-quality bed sheets per the property’s bed size and count. Each set includes: 1 deep pocket fitted bottom sheet, 1 flat top sheet, 2 pillowcases for doubles, queens, king size beds and 1 pillowcase for single size beds.
BATHMATS – 1 bathmat per full bathroom count in the property.
NOTE: The linen rental package option can only be selected on SUNSET RENTALS direct website. Those guests booking through VRBO can contact our office and add the linen rental package after the reservation has been confirmed.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations are subject to a nonrefundable admin fee. If GUEST cancels 60 days prior to arrival date, then 100% refund will be provided (less admin fee). If the GUEST cancels 30 days prior to arrival date, then 50% refund will be provided (less admin fee).

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property while vacationing in the Rehoboth Beach area. It was perfectly located between Cape Henlopen State Park and the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. There was plenty of space for everyone, and this was probably the cleanest property we've stayed at yet. The neighborhood was very nice and the neighbors were friendly. We will definitely consider staying here again. Thank you.
The house is as pictured, very clean and comfortable with 2 family areas to watch movies at night plus a private office. There was lots of room for our family of 10. Screened back porch was nice in the early morning. The small neighborhood of Arbor Lyn was so nice, everyone was friendly and had a great vibe. Savannah Beach was a big hit along with Big Oyster Brewery , 1776 Streakhouse and downtown Lewes.
We loved the house, great location. the space was great for the amount of guests we had.

Spent our family vacation in Rehoboth Beach, and this house met our needs perfectly. The house is new and everything is in really good condition. The space with open floor plan of kitchen and living room made it easy to be with everyone and have room to sit! The screened in porch was an added bonus room to enjoy the nice weather. This beautifully new home was spacious for my family’s vacation this summer. Plenty of bedrooms light and convenience to most areas including Lewes and Rehoboth. The only complaint is the bedroom with the bunk rooms was not on the hvac air conditioning system, it was a dyi unit and it didn’t work very well. Otherwise overall very pleasant experience! Would stay here again!
